Congratulations to 12yr old Andrea Moala of 'Alaki for winning this years Digicel Stars2 competition. I swear you can hear the music all the way from Mala'ekula. Such talents floating through the air. Like a sice of heaven. Oh, and guys, do NOT forget to vote. Keep it keen guys!

Weekend with the stars!!

Yep yeah!! Tomorrow, it is ON!!! with Digicel Stars2 TOP7 contestants. So I spent the weekend with the stars, such a privilage, and I have come to realize that all these remaining individuals are all so down to earth and are on such positive vibes. See none of them fear the eliminations saying :the journey itself has been an adventure. Meeting new people, kicking back with the judges and Digicel Stars staff, and most importantly, lighting up the faces of viewers when they perform. It truly has been a great adventure and everyone is now becoming one big happy family.
On Friday, our stars performed, as they do every Friday in front of our main office, and afterwards, at the lighting of the Digicel Christmas tree. This was a very beautiful night!
So tomorrow, we will be having our next round and we wil see the few who will move on, and who will be going home. It saddens us knowing our family will be one member short after tomorrow. But fir the show to commence, this must happen. So Digicel Stars2 fans, do not forget to vote!!! Keep them coming because EVERY VOTE DOES MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

So we are down to our TOP8 contenders and the competition is truly heating up! Our remaining contestants includes female stars Andrea Moala, Kaleti Tongamoa, Mele Nikua and Mary Mumui Petelo. Putting it down for the men are stars Filipe Ta'ufo'ou, 'Epeli Lavakei'aho, Jazzen Taufa and Lepa Manu. We also have the only trio still in this competition, the Toluta'u sisters from V-Town Vaini. What is? the first Digicel Stars2 Show thats what :D Yes ladies and gentlemen it was indeed an AMAZING first show as our first group of contestants kicked off the first Digicel Stars2 show. The judges were also there which included last years Digicel Star winner Filipo Lemoto alongside Finau Afeaki and Joleen Mataele. 1st group to Perform Tuesday 9th August!

Just a bit more details about the show. So tomorrow We will be kickin off the first Digicel Stars2 competition now that the auditions are done. So we have decided to divide the Tongatapu contestants tinto two groups so the first group will begin tomorrow and the second group the following week. So tomorrow in the Dateline Hotel at 7:00pm we will be seeing performances from Sinalelea Misinale, Taeao Vaka'uta, Jazzen Taufa, 'Epeli Manisela, Fakahoko Taufa, Salise Faiva'ilo, Mo'unga Nunu, Andria Moala, Sioka Heimoana, Mele Nikua, Andy Lui, Toti Tautua'a, Kaleti Tongamoa, Taniela Tahaafe, Sione Tatu and Sara Vea. So 16 contestants to kick off the Kingdoms Biggest singing competition of the year. Stay Tuned and start voting Tonga.

Wizzurp guys! An update for us. So yesterday August 3rd the team and the contestants came together at the Digicel main office and had a meeting regarding the beginning of the show. We also got the chance to sought out their songs and have them perform. Afterwards they received feedbacks from Joey and the team on how to better their performance. We have got quite a few amazing talents with so much potential here and all the more reason Im HYPED, as you are, about the show. This is going to be Amazing!! Digicel Stars! Dreams to Reality :D

Confirmed. Digicel Stars2 is coming to the islands of Ha'apai for the final auditions. Vava'u auditions were a blast, 'Eua proved themselves worthy, now let us see what talents the Fo'i 'One'one has to offer. Can they bring as much enthusiasm as the other islands? Monday 11th of July was a public holiday and boooy it was a lovely day indeed. So the crew decided to head out to the beaches to round up some untapped talent. Auditions were held on the spot and tose who auditioned were awarded free Digicel t-shirts, socks, lanyards, and credit.
